My poor senior cat has been with me for only a few months and she got sick. Did meds, and it went away. Weeks late it comes back. $800 testing. On meds again and change in diet. She appears healthy again. I just wish the wet food came in bigger sizes.

Just got my first orange cat. It’s a girl, she’s 2 months old. The affectionate part is very clear. I have a black white and grey girl tabby, and just recently had to put down our tortoise shell girl. Neither of them were nearly as affectionate as the orange one . But, Butters (the new kitten) and Crookshanks (my older) are getting along reeeaaally well.

My cats chose the 'raw' diet themselves. I gave them a choice of both for many months. Now, my dogs on the other hand seem to go either way when given the same choice. 🤷

Can a certain brand of food give soft stool? My cat gets soft stool everytime he eats Whiskas. I am changing his diet for good now

I made the mistake of told my vet that my new cat had a slight diarrhea during the initial exam back in Jan 2024. 4 months later, Lemonade used that against me and wiggled their way out of reimbursement when my cat had another diarrhea + vomiting episode, probably from me switch food on her too fast. Lemonade does not accept the fact that diarrhea is only a symptom of variety of different illnesses or conditions. It's not a pre-existing condition. Pre-existing condition is cancer, genetic defects, kidney failures...etc. NOT DIARRHEA, but of course Lemonade knows that...or maybe they don't. If my cat gets into the trash and eats spoiled meat, she will get diarrhea. Is that pre-existing condition? The claim adjuster "Christina" said the good news is that after one year of no diarrhea, the condition is considered CURED!!! Hey Lemonade, this is a good way to piss your customers off. Already complained to BBB, as soon as I find another insurance, I am kicking this Lemonade Stand to the curb.

My 3 months old kitten got vaccinated 3 days ago and he refused to eat ever since and lost a lot of weight I dont know what to do and i cant take him to the vet because we just took him there for vaccination and the closest vet is 200 miles away.. I really dont know what to do or how to help him and im extremely scared i might lose him

The catit vanilla is very low smell. I'm not a fan of the smell of the lavender. (I'm sensitive to smells). I currently use Substainably yours large grain. (The other 2 track way to much) its what I have found to be the most effective for my litter robot with the least amount of track. It's ridiculously expensive, but I haven't found better.

Have you tested arm and hammer litter deodorizer?

Our cat tosses large amounts of litter out when digging. Any solutions to that?

My cat male bengal is sick right now he’s in my room he was outside last night but he came around but went missing til now he’s resting he is still pain I’m concerned he turned five in March he’s a big cat I don’t want anything happen to him

I got my cat from the shelter, and the shelter gave me one complimentary checkup at my local vet. The checkup went well. I stupidly and casually mentioned I noticed she had loose stools probably because she was a stray and ate spoil food on the streets, who knows, so the vet sent me home with some meds, and the problem went away. I then purchased Lemonade insurance, who then obtained the record from that vet. 4 months later, my cat had one incident of diarrhea and vomiting so I took her in for a blood and urine test - $350 total. My claim was rejected by Lemonade citing - PRE-EXISTING CONDITION. Either they are playing stupid or just don't know diarrhea is a symptom of many things NOT a disease like cancer or CKD. If my cat got into my trash and ate more rotten meat, can it cause diarrhea? If I switch food too fast, can it also cause diarrhea? They sure can! Lemonade doesn't care, it's happened in 4 months ago, it must be related. All diarrhea(s) are caused by the same underlying condition. The consolation prize Lemonade gave me was - "BTW, good news is if your cat doesn't show any symptoms of diarrhea after a year, it's considered CURED!!!!!" WOW, thank you Lemonade! It only takes a year to cure diarrhea? That's it? How does this insurance company make any money insuring a cat that has DIARRHEA???!!!!!! I reported them to BBB and I am in the process of cancelling the policy. Moral of the story? KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT DURING INITIAL VET VISITS. THEY WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING YOU SAY, WHICH THE INSURANCE CAN USE TO WIGGLE THEIR WAY OUT OF REIMBURSTMENT. And I would not use Lemonade ever again.

I am on my second Cat genie. I had the original and now the AI. I also have two big Maine Coon cats. Recently they started peeing over the front edge so I took off the dome. That really helped. They have stopped doing that but once in awhile I see pee all over the floor. ( vinegar spray takes care of that smell right away. Unfortunately where I live ( US Virgin Islands) the helpline is in AZ and they cannot call us. Very frustrating. With videos we now know how to take it fully apart to clean or when there is a drainage problem. So 8 years of Cat Genie's and I would not go to one of these roll barrels. I like the reusable granules, I like that it cleans, washes and dries the kernels. yes you get some pieces left but easily taken out and put in the toilet next to the Genie. My plug just happens to be right above the unit. It has just started making a weird noise so it looks like they are good for 4 years and we are ready to buy another one. Waiting for a sale.. I was impressed with your reviews but Cat Genie and no smells are for me.

Looks like a vagina

My cat was a rescue from street, he always had one ear down which i think may have been caused by street fight or defect. It's just smaller. I had him checked and there was no infection or mites. Still treated it, cat still scratches ear and occasionally hard. Should i try a different vet?

I have a female orange/white cat that my bro rescued from under a big work truck. I have no clue her heritage but I noticed the black spots on her gums which I'd never seen b4. I'm glad i watched this video and now know it's nothing to worry about! Thx! EDIT: I have 1 male and 1 female orange tabby, not related. They are both very vocal and the female took to the male as a kitten more than she took to his brother who is a grey/black tabby. I thought that was odd.

Cats are obligate carnivores. They are supposed to eat meat. Grains are bad from them. This vet is lying to you so that you buy generic cheap cat food.

I once adopted a torti Maine Coon with KCS (dry eye), who had been through a couple of owners. Oh, she had "tortitude", very independent! Given her issues & history, it was understandable.

Gordon's fat! This is the PURRFECT feeder to put him on a diet! 😂 But seriously, I've been waiting for something like this for years now. I have two cats, and the older one's always trying to steal food from the younger one. Problem is, the older one is fat and has been on a calorie restricted diet while the younger one is allowed to eat as much as he wants as a growing teenager. Trying to keep the older from from stealer the younger one's food is a huge challenge, so I'll definitely be looking out for this feeder. My only problem is with the collar. Neither of my cats are used to wearing collars and I already know how they'll react to it. Why couldn't they have designed this feeder like the SureFeed microchip feeder? I currently have two of those and they immediately recognize the microchips implanted in each my cats, so no need for extra collars.

thank you for your informative videos. my cat coughs but my vet has only taken out her stethoscope once. I brush her twice her day, it helps but i still don't know the cause. B recently had a mastocytoma removed from her face, nasty discoloured lump between her ear, behind her eye. the vet wants to reoperate why didn't she do it in the first place and reduce both cat and owner trauma. Would you do a video on this not uncommon disease? not a great prognosis, we love each other.
